The Ins and Outs of Building a Successful HRA Strategy

This program is designed to provide participants with the tools to understand the mechanics and structure of ICHRAs. That includes being able to:
- Identify when an ICHRA is an appropriate solution based on employer size, geography, and risk appetite.
- Discuss the implications of legislative and regulatory changes, including the CHOICE Act and tax credits.
- Evaluate the financial and operational impact of ICHRAs vs. traditional group health plans.
- Navigate common client objections and FAQs related to ICHRAs, including Medicare integration.

Hank is a Client Executive at Holmes Murphy & Associates, forming relationships with employers to help them save time and money on one of their largest expenses – their benefits package. He joined them in 2017 after 2 summers as an intern with the firm. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting.
