Position Description:

Position Overview: The Strategic Account Executive is the primary strategic and consultative contract for our clients and their business partners. The Strategic Account Executive works with and through other MedOne personnel to build strong relationships and provide value-added service offerings, which attract and retain clients and business partnerships.

What You'll Do:
Develop and manage client and partner relationships to retain business and maintain high degree of satisfaction
Analyze plan performance reporting; interpret data and identify correlations, trends, and opportunities
Plan for and lead client and partner plan performance review meetings; promote programs and services to clients and business partners when appropriate
Understand contract structure, track plan performance against contract terms, and communicate performance to plan and business partners
Strategize and collaborate with external partners and internal team members to develop and deliver proposals and contracts
Solution for and obtain business requirements to resolve issues and provide value-add service offerings to improve client, vendor, and member satisfaction
Oversee Account Managers associated with book of business, oversee training and development, and evaluate performance
Identify process improvements and service offerings which increase client satisfaction and/or reduce operating expenditures
Assist with creation and evaluation of new hire onboarding, training material and approach, and team upskilling and development
Coach and support team through operational changes and personnel issues
Work cross functionally with MedOne teams to improve learning and communication and foster a collaborative team-oriented environment

Hours: Hours may vary within our normal business hours.
Reports to: Manager, Client Strategy

Position Type: Full-time

Experience:

5 years of direct account service in PBM or related healthcare or benefits field, or demonstrated knowledge and skillset with MedOne
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced problem-solving skills: root cause analysis, evaluation of solutions, engagement of stakeholders, and ability to execute solutions effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on clarity and concision, and altering approach to the audience
Strong ability to synthesize and analyze information from various sources to identify
trends, opportunities, and risks

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Position Description:

As an Account Manager at MedOne, you'll serve as the primary client contact to build relationships, manage pharmacy benefit plans, resolve issues, and analyze performance data while collaborating cross-functionally in a supportive work environment.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain business relationships by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty
First point of client contact for general inquiries such as escalated member issues, plan design questions, etc.
Assist with onboarding new clients
Manage client’s pharmacy benefit design updates, projects, and follow-ups
Organize and maintain client documentation within and outside of CRM
Interact directly with internal and external clients to build positive relationships
Analyze plan performance reporting; interpret data and identify correlations, trends, and opportunities
Plan for and lead client and partner plan performance review meetings; promote programs and services to clients and business partners when appropriate
Understand contract structure, track plan performance against contract terms, and communicate performance to plan and business partners
Serve as back-up to the Member Advocate team when call volume is high
Research and resolve issues pertaining to eligibility, claim adjudication, and billing
Attend client benefit fairs and open enrollment meetings
Contribute to department and company goals
Work collaboratively and cooperatively with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes

Location: Preferably based in the Kansas City, Des Moines, Dubuque, or Cedar Rapids areas; however, we are open to fully remote candidates within the United States. Reports to: Strategic Account Executive

Experience:

Position Description:

The Account Coordinator supports the account management team to provide exceptional service to MedOne’s clients and business partners. The Account Coordinator works collaboratively with and through MedOne personnel to effectively maintain processes, resolve client and member inquiries, and contribute positively to account management team and company goals.

What You'll Do:

Assists account management and member advocate teams with research, resolution, and reconciliation of member and client issues such as cost share and eligibility inquiries
Assists team with projects such as gathering and stratifying client data, running plan utilization report packages, and updating client documentation
Provides and clarifies plan design and process information to internal teams to help resolve issues and improve efficiencies
Serves as back-up to the member advocate team when call volume is high
Represents MedOne at client benefit fairs and open enrollment meetings
Reconciliation of claim errors, including identification of member and client impact and subsequent communication to all parties
Assists with new client and vendor onboarding tasks
Creates and maintains member and client facing materials e.g., member plan design brochure and FAQ, open enrollment materials, and member letter template
Creates and maintains internal materials e.g., process and training documentation and data requests
Completion of plan design testing within and outside of claim adjudication system
Assists with CRM maintenance, report pulls, and enhancement projects
Contributes to department and company goals
